Fresh Burrito Mexican Grill has been a staple in Ventura County since 1998. Originally founded by Don Armando Carrera, the restaurant quickly became a beloved community spot, known for its authentic flavors from Durango, Mexico. Over the years, Fresh Burrito built a strong reputation for its daily breakfast burritos, pozole, and menudo, as well as its ability to fulfill large early-morning food orders.

Now under new ownership, we are honored to carry on Don Armando’s legacy. We remain deeply committed to our community, continuing our tradition of supporting local youth sports and public officer events. Our mission is to maintain a welcoming gathering place where locals can enjoy genuine Mexican cuisine made with care.
Looking ahead, we plan to extend our hours of operation to better serve our customers and offer more convenient ways to enjoy our food—in person, by phone, or online. With the same spirit of excellence and community, we’re excited for this next chapter, continuing to share our culture through every dish and every connection we make.
