Fresh Burrito Mexican Grill has been a staple in Ventura County since 1998. Over the years, Fresh Burrito built a strong reputation for its daily breakfast burritos, pozole, and menudo, as well as its ability to fulfill large early-morning food orders.

Owner of Fresh Burrito
If you’ve ever visited Fresh Burrito, chances are you’ve seen Rose’s warm smile and felt her genuine care. Born and raised in Oxnard, Rose attended Ventura College before dedicating over 15 years to the hospitality industry. Her passion for food and people is the heart of Fresh Burrito.
Rose believes every dish should be made with love — a philosophy she lives by and often reminds her team: “Cook with love.” That’s the secret behind the homestyle flavors our guests rave about in our Google reviews.
She’s not just the owner — she’s a hands-on leader. Whether she’s perfecting recipes in the kitchen, making sure our team members feel valued, or personally delivering fresh breakfast burritos to local heroes like the staff at St. John’s Hospital in Camarillo, Rose leads by example.
Her dedication to service, community, and quality makes Fresh Burrito more than a restaurant — it’s a place where guests feel at home and every bite feels like it was made just for you.
